Ep. 101 – JLU – Initiation

After last week’s historic 100th episode, the Good Brothers return, picking up right where “Starcrossed” ended, reviewing the very first episode of Justice League Unlimited titled “Initiation.” Joining the hosts this week for the very first time is special correspondent James Strecker from the Watchtower Database. Join the hosts as they delve into how the start of JLU influenced James and the others to start their website, allowed them to take their passion to new heights with a larger universe and initial thoughts when as children, the hosts first learned of the expanded Justice League roster. But that’s not all, as the hosts also give a full review of the episode that introduced us to Green Arrow, which characters appear in the first scene and a hilarious fan theory as to why some are never seen again in the JLU, why CGI animation seems to always stick out, which character was recast after a lackluster performance and whether this story was an effective way to launch JLU.  Plus full scorecards from the hosts and James on this week’s all new DCAU Review.
