The month of January comes to an end with a 5th Saturday, which means the Good Brothers are taking another trip to the Multiverse of DC Animation. This month they return to the Silver Age world of Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Cal and Liam review the episode “Triumvirate of Terror” which features a team-up of both the DC Trinity as well as their fiendish foes in Lex Luthor, The Joker, and Cheetah. Hear the hosts break down a myriad of homages and easter eggs, thicc Lex Luthor, the deep cut of Prez Rickard, and musical references to Wonder Woman ’77. Plus the closing scenes nod to Alex Ross’s masterpiece Kingdom Come, misogynist Batman, and why these episodes are just so darn fun. Plus a preview of the series being covered in the month of February and much more fun to be had on this week’s DCAU Review!
